My payment was deducted but I did not receive my top-up. What should I do?
Please do not make repeated payments immediately. Keep your payment proof ready and contact support with your game name, UID/User ID, product name, paid amount, payment method, and transaction reference if available.
Why did my payment fail?

What happens if I enter the wrong UID?

Can I edit my account details after payment?
